I finally got this fixed, the bad thing is that it is server side. Users get this when there is too much server traffic and the server just says "*$&# close the connection I can't handle this". Before my domain was on a shared server hosting package, moving it to its own server fixed the problem by increasing server bandwidth. If you don't have the money to purchase your own server to fix this problem I recommend lowering the refresh rate, should help.
