How do I set up the config so that guests, who login without a password, won't be able to take the username of a registered user. As it is now, a guest can take the name admin or one of the other registered usernames.

Currently there isn't a config option for this, but anyone logging in as a guest will have a different colored name and have brackets () around their name, making it clear that they're not the actual admin.
I don't think adding a check for this is trivial either because it will depend on what integration you're using and where the names are stored, since in all integrated versions the chat refers to the userlist belonging to a forum.
