#1 securing web content

Hi.
I really like it very much and what to add some
security for web access. I did it for myself. Not so
hard but simple, because I didn't want others to access
such kind of administration tools. I may be done in
other way.
Just using security-constraint for webapp or can be
written filter. What do you think?
I will attach my version.
