I see zcat in /usr/bin on my system. When I run "lslpp -w /usr/bin/zcat", 
it reports that it is a part of box.rte.archive. Run "which zcat" to see 
if it is already installed, and if not, then install the bos.rte.archive 
package from your installation media.
