The pkg-config spec file does already contain "Obsoletes: pkgconfig", but
I think to make things even smoother, this might be the right thing:

Obsoletes: pkgconfig < 0.19
Provides: pkgconfig = 0.19

I'll try to get this changed.  Thanks!
