[tbox-l] A vsftpd RPM for AIX

I built an RPM for 'vsftpd' a while back and we've found if very useful
here.  I was wondering how to go about submitting this RPM so it could
be included in future versions of the AIX Toolbox for Linux
Applications.  It was built using the vsftpd 2.0.1 sources.  I'm afraid
my RPM isn't very sophisticated, but I have the source and binary RPM
available.

I could easily include both as attachments to this e-mail, but I'm not
sure if that would be the correct procedure.  Please let me know.
