[tbox-l] Help with PHP

I have just found it necessary to update my server to 5300-05
I was running 5.2.  Now my php install from linuxtoolbox seems to be 
failing.

I get:
[Tue Dec 12 18:29:08 2006] [warn] Loaded DSO libexec/libphp4.so uses plain 
Apache 1.3 API, this module might crash under EAPI! (please recompile it 
with -DEAPI)

whenever appache starts, and I get a seg fault anytime I try to access a 
page using php.

any help would be appreciated.
