Sure, no problem.  It takes a bit for the web page to change, but the new
package is already available via ftp:

<ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/RPMS/ppc/vnc/vnc-3.3.3r2-4.aix5.1.ppc.rpm>
