[tbox-l] RPM Update?

Are there any plans to update to a more recent version of RPM?  Since
RPM v3 is positively ancient, it would be nice to have a more recent
version to make it easier to build packages with the existing spec files
I have and to be able to use the various scripting-language bindings and
their associated tools.
