There wasn't a plan to do so... until this. As long as the AIX 5.2 build appeared sufficient for 5.3 also, we would not intend to build separate copies for each OS level. However, it looks like you have found a reason to do so. I'll look for time in the next few days to get it out reasonably soon; possibly just a day if nothing unexpected occurs during in the build.
