[tbox-l] Installing vnc

Yesterday I was asked to intall vnc on a few servers.  After reading you doc/readme etc I proceeded to do the install and then let the user know to 
give it a try.  He called back saying he was having a problem where it could not find a font which I believe he said was called "fixed".  Is there something 
else that needs to also be loaded ??  Kind of eerie when you run that rpm command and get nothing back but the command prompt.  My telephone number below is not correct for now - - it is 480-441-2887.  Thanks for your help in advance.
