[tbox-l] Security patches: zlib-1.2.1-2 and libxml2-2.6.8-2

The zlib 1.2.1 and libxml2 2.6.8 images have both had patches added for
security bugs.  (zlib's is taken from 1.2.2, and libxml2 from 2.6.15).
If you use either of these packages, you should consider updating to these
newer images:

ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/RPMS/ppc/zlib/zlib-1.2.1-2.aix5.1.ppc.rpm
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/RPMS/ppc/libxml2/libxml2-2.6.8-2.aix5.1.ppc.rpm
