The libtiff security patches were indeed included in the 3.6.1 Toolbox
image, so that one is fine.

It looks like there are a couple of small changes for libxml2 for security
purposes in 2.6.15, and the fixes are not there in 2.6.8, so that needs to
be integrated into our copy.... stay tuned on that.
