Charles: The fileutils, sh-utils, and textutils packages were all rolled into one package called coreutils. It can be downloaded from here: ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/RPMS/ppc/coreutils/coreutils-5.0-2.aix5.1.ppc.rpm Installing this package should satisfy the requirement for fileutils, but tcsh should probably be rebuilt at some point to include updated requirements.
