[tbox-l] Illegal instruction(coredump) by pango-1.2.5-1 ,gtk2-2.2.4-1

Problem: 
Hi, 
 
i have updated the mozilla-browser from V 1.4.2 to V 1.7.2. The 
Mozilla needed a lot of rpm-package. By three packages come the 
follow errors: 
 
fontconfig-2.2.0-2 
execution of fontconfig-2.2.0-2 script failed, exit status 255 
 
pango-1.2.5-1 
var/opt/freeware/tmp/rpm-tmp.8250: 82422 Illegal instruction(coredump) 
execution of pango-1.2.5-1 script failed, exit status 132 
gtk2-2.2.4-1 
var/opt/freeware/tmp/rpm-tmp.10976: 61288 Illegal instruction(coredump)

The errors-rpms can not deleted and is not correctly installed, see 
the output:

The Mozilla V 1.7.2 installions is ok. 
 
The rpm.rte have the follow version:
