You can run php with this apache; it is in a separate rpm image.  You can
get it at:
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/RPMS/ppc/php/php-4.0.6-5.aix4.3.ppc.rpm

And if you want the manual, it is at:
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/RPMS/ppc/php/php-manual-4.0.6-5.aix4.3.ppc.rpm

This is not a particularly recent version of PHP however, though it should
be ok for most general use.  You can also try building a newer module if you
like, by downloading the source from php.net.
