[tbox-l] Security update: cvs

The CVS maintainers have announced a security problem in current levels of CVS.
A new update has been released.  See the cvs home page for more information
at http://www.cvshome.org.

The patch for the security problem has been added to the AIX Toolbox image,
which is at version 1.11.5, with revision #5.  That is, the version is now
1.11.5-5.  It includes the earlier security patches, so although the Toolbox
does not have the latest version, all known security patches are present.
