[tbox-l] compiling 32bit with gcc on aix 5.2 with gcc-2.9.aix51.020209-4

Hello I try to compile a litte program on my machine. But I allways get 
this error:

exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /usr/ccs/bin/bind64 because of the 
following errors:
        0509-033 Cannot run a 64-bit program until the 64-bit
        environment has been configured. See the system administrator.
collect2: ld returned 255 exit status

What options do I have to give to gcc? Do I have to deinstall something? 
Any hints?
