That's an old image.

Go download the new lsof image:
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/RPMS/ppc/lsof/lsof-4.61-3.aix5.1.ppc.rpm

And then use lsof64.  I don't know if "lsof" was patched to reexec the 
right version of lsof64 or not, but that would be the ultimate direction.
