[tbox-l] Problems running Konsole under KDE2

Downloaded and installed the toobox (including KDE2) on AIX 4.3.3 more or
less hassle free.
However, running konsole I get

QObject::connect: Cannot connect KAction::activated() to Konsole::(null)

and then the konsole window opens but I don't seem to get any prompt.
There's a cursor there and I can type, but no response.

Any ideas?
