They're in DOS format?  I guess that I need to reupload them in binary form
so that they won't mess with the <CR><LF>.  Sorry about that.

Those plus'es are an anomaly at that web site.  They don't allow directories
or files with '+' in them, which is both irritating and embarrassing.  I
have to do unnatural things to get it all to work, and these two errors
in the wget scripts are fallout from that mess.

The scripts will be updated on the server either within a few minutes or in
about an hour, depending upon whether I beat the cron job or not.
