From what I can tell from information provided by our product planners is
Status: O
that there are no models withdrawn which were supported by 4.3.3. There
is a minimum memory and disk requirement. Here's the information provided
to me by our planner - see section 3.5.1.1.1 for hardware requirements.
3.2.12 I/O SUPPORT

3.5.1 SPECIFIED OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

3.5.1.1.1 HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
IBM Power, POWER2, Personal Computer Power Series 830 and 850 desktop
systems, IBM PowerPC systems, or POWER3 systems with the following
exceptions:
o RS/6000 7016 POWERserver Model 730
o RS/6000 7007 Notebook Workstation Model N40
o POWERnetwork Dataserver 7051
o RS/6000 7249 Models 851 and 860
o RS/6000 7247 Models 821, 822, and 823
AIX 5.1 supports system with at least 64 MB of physical memory, 128 MB of
initial disk paging space, and requires 536 MB disk storage for the
operating system for a total of 664 MB of disk storage.
All POWER graphics adapters supported on AIX 4.3.3 will also be supported
on the AIX 5.1 32-bit kernel.
Additionally, the following POWER graphics adapters will be supported on
both 32-bit and 64-bit kernels:
o POWER GXT120P
o POWER GXT130P
o POWER GXT300P
o POWER GXT2000P
o POWER GXT3000P
o POWER GXT4000P
o POWER GXT6000P
AIX 5.1 will NOT support the following hardware features:
o 3Com 10/100 Mbps PCI Fast Etherlink XL for Power PC Systems (#2986)
o Eicon ISDN DIVA PRO 2.0 PCI S/T Adapter (#2708)
AIX 5.1 does NOT support the following Graphic Input Devices in 64-bit
kernel; the devices are supported under 32-bit kernel:
o 6094-010 Dials
o 6094-020 LPFK
o 6093-011 Tablet
o 6093-012 Tablet
o 6093-021 Tablet
