bos.rte.tty has a single requisite on the kernels (bos.up and mp 4.3.3.10, I believe), but the kernels unfortunately have LOTS of requisites. If you're bos.up or bos.mp is already at at least 4.3.3.10, then you can apply the single bos.rte.tty update without downloading anything else. I run with 4.3.3.0 with the single X11 APAR to fix the libICE.a problem which you need for KDE. That's the level that I run and that's the level (in general) that we build with.
