I'm seeing some very strange behavior with gnome-terms. I open a gnome-term via a custom launcher in the panel. It executes "/usr/bin/bash --login", and is set to "Run in Terminal". When I open a second gnome-term via the same launcher, the output from the second terminal goes to the first terminal, sometimes, and typing in the second terminal only partially works. The same is roughly true in reverse. Input and output from the first terminal is also messed up. Also, every time I open a terminal as above, I get these two annoying messages: readline: warning: turning on OPOST for terminal readline: warning: turning on OPOST for terminal Anybody have any ideas? Should I just open a bug report? (Is this AIX-specific behavior?) Thanks! Paul Clarke, IBM |
