[toolbox-l] KDE2.1

Saw the new RPMs for KDE2.1 yesterday and upgraded my machine. Now
I KDE does not work anymore :(

I had KDE2.01 working ad upgraded the filesets with rpm -U <rpms>

rpm -qa|egrep "kde|qt" on my box now gives:

kdeadmin-2.1-1
qt-2.2.4-1
kdesupport-2.1-1
kdegraphics-2.1-1
kdepim-2.1-1
kdeutils-2.1-1
kdelibs-sound-2.1-1
kdenetwork-2.1-1
kdelibs-2.1-1
kdetoys-2.1-1
kdebase-2.1-1


When I try to start /opt/freeware/kde/bin/kdm as before it
switches shortly to X then exits back to the command line.
Same, if I do a 'xinit' as user.

Are there any specific upgrade procedures to follow?
