[toolbox-l] Install RPM on AIX

Hi,

I have tried installing the rpm.rte file on our AIX 4.3.3 server. The
install works well and i am able to install rpm's afterwards. 

However when I install an RPM the database shows that it is not installed
(ie rpm -qi). However when I go to re-install the rpm it says that the rpm
is already installed.

I have tried the current rpm.rte (3.0.5.17) and the older 3.0.5.14 and have
the same problem. We have noticed that it sometimes errors with try
/sbin/install-info not found.

Once installed the apps seem to work, but we are unable to remove or manage
them easily

Any help would be much appreciated
