There is not a public list of software in the process of being ported,
but you can find a list (in its infancy) of requested software
at the toolbox web site, and you can also make your own requests
there, under the "bugs" section as a "request":

I do not see any sign of an open source version of RealAudio;
I don't think that it exists; we cannot provide it unless it is
open source (and if the license also allows it).

We would love to get StarOffice working on AIX and it is being
looked at -- but it is an enormous package; there is no target for
availability at this point.
