[toolbox-l] Additions to Toolbox (a2ps, mutt, procmail)

I've added a news item covering this information on the AIX Toolbox project
page, but I don't know how well that reaches people just yet.

There are a few few relatively new items in the Toolbox:
   mutt-1.2.5i            A text mode mail user agent
   procmail-3.14          The procmail mail processing program
   a2ps-4.12              GNU a2ps is an Any to PostScript filter
   
We're still having trouble getting timely updates to the web pages, so
go directly to the ftp server to get these for now:
    ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/RPMS/ppc
You'll find subdirectories for mutt, procmail, and a2ps there.
