[tbox-l] rpm installer and gcc4.2.0 rpm package.

When installing gcc 4.2.0 from the web site, I get the following message:

   error: failed dependencies:
           AIX-rpm >= 6.1.0.0 is needed by gcc-4.2.0-3

I can find neither hide nor hair of anything rpm with that version number.
What gives?
