[tbox-l] -qarch options?

I was looking at the spec files and it appears that the most basic
architectures is used in the spec files.  Isn't AIX a little more
restrictive than this?  Can they use 'pwr2' or 'pwr'?  The 64bit
versions must be on a 'pwr3' or better (but I guess the compiler knows
this).
