I think you'll find that most of the stuff in the Toolbox is painfully out
of date.  The reason is that here at IBM, internally there are very tedious
processes we have to follow before our lawyers approve the update of a package.

This holds even to update foo-0.1 to foo-0.2.  The resources and turnaround 
time it takes to keep this up for every package is the reason the Toolbox has 
become stagnant.

If you need mutt anytime soon, your best option is to use our RPM spec file:

<ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/SPECS/mutt-1.4.2.1-1.spec>

With little modification you can use it to build your own mutt-1.5.18 package.
