#259 Description for glib-devel is incorrect

At AIX Toolbox for Linux Applications, I find the description of glib-devel is 'The GIMP ToolKit (GTK+) and GIMP Drawing Kit (GDK) support library.' This looks to be incorrect. I believe the correct description should be 'A library of handy utility functions'
