#236 slocate package add request

slocate is a secure version of the locate utility in the findutils package, which is already a part of the toolbox. slocate is used commonly on many linux systems, and many linux SA's have gotten used to slocate and its security features.

We request that the "slocate" package be added to the toolbox so that there is a secure option to the insecure "locate" command inside of the findutils package.
