#17 lun summary list should have list of unassigned luns

LUNs which are not assigned to any storage group (or the RLP) should be listed similar to the regular storage group summary, e.g. in a virtual storage group "_UNASSIGNED_". Also, the RLP should be visible somehow. LUNs from hotspare disks might also be of some interest.
