#20 Subscriber logging

Enhance the subscriber logging.
ccSubscribers. If subscriber disconnects and reconnects, show all the console output.
logon. Handle case where closeWait is empty.
returnOutput. Handle case where subscriber itself is being logged by another session.
submit. Fix and test case where maxIdle time is exceeded.
ccSubscribers.  Limit console output to a single session or context.
