#12 Monitor HTTP clients

Allow a remote client to monitor and control incoming requests and responses from another client.  For example, requests from an Http Client would be routed to an App client.  The requests would be forwarded from the App Client to the server.  Responses would be rerturned to the App Client who would then forward the responses back to the Http Client.
