The /proc/driver/aironet/eth?/Config will let you enable wep using:

echo WEP: encrypt > /proc/driver/aironet/eth?/Config

(or shared instead of encrypt if you want auth also...)

You can set the keys using:

echo 0 00:11:22:33:44 > /proc/driver/aironet/eth?/WepKey

this sets the first key.  echo 0 > will set the first key as the 
transmit key.
