Hi there, This is my second post on this matter, having had no replies at all previously. I am unable to make the airo.c kernel module to compile against any of : 2.2.12 2.2.13 2.2.14 2.3.99-pre3 These are all vanilla source trees, downloaded from kernel.org Is anyone able to help me with this ?? This is the first part of the errors I get : In file included from /usr/include/linux/string.h:38, from /usr/include/linux/fs.h:23, from /usr/include/linux/capability.h:13, from /usr/include/linux/binfmts.h:5, from /usr/include/linux/sched.h:8, from /usr/include/linux/mm.h:4, from /usr/include/linux/slab.h:14, from /usr/include/linux/malloc.h:4, from /usr/include/linux/proc_fs.h:5, from airo.c:35: /usr/include/asm/string.h:47: parse error before `size_t' /usr/include/asm/string.h: In function `strncpy': Please, can anyone offer assistance, I have had a customer purchase this equipment on my recommendation (after making it work fine with the older driver) but am now unable to make it work. regards Gary Allpike sp...@sp... http://www.linux.org.au |
