#13 mpi-350 card not work

I woke command for mpi-350 step in below:
1. vreadrid(RID_CAPABILITIES...);
I got 172 bytes information about this command.
2. vreadrid(RID_CONFIG...);
I got error event EV_TXCPY(0x400) on event register,
and I'm not to get any information for this command.

What the mean for this error??
