#55 Sharks not reproducing

Even though a long time elapsed, sharks arent mating.
despite plenty of fish. No maxium pop set, just no
reproduction. The same problem with dolphins exists.
This bug is compleatly reproducible. Foxes reproduce
well, so the problen does not apply to all predators.
