Simply got the historic input and output and look for the lightest neural network...

As test the 16 basic boolean functions.

Started to implement the learning system (simple learning and not yet in an entity but will come soon! also with samples)
The object structure is somehow a little bit refactored (not a C3 refactoring! do not be afraid!) but just to enlarge the neuron interconnection.

I have found anice link from Microsoft allowing people to access under windows the VC 8 express... I know 'express' is badly choosen but the IDE is small easy to install and is fully complete to make and maintain projects ANSI C++ (with STL) for more information just have a look at the folowing link http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/express/visualc/default.aspx
