In some circumstances, the page reports that the student asked for an attempt to be marked, when in fact they did not. (I think this only ever happens for the most recent attempt, but I am not sure about that.) In these cases, the overall mark for the question is also reported incorrectly on the review page, as is the total mark for the quiz.
