[Aimmath-developers] small changes to installation instructions

besides taking out the bit about copying the root directory I also commented
out two other bits from the installation instructions: the bit about tth
because AiM no longer looks for old versions of tth and the bit about
backing up Config.mpl because I don't see any use for such a backed up file.
Rather the careful person should make a backup of the whole AiM directory.

I have uploaded the new file aim.tar.gz that contains release 3.0 to
aimmath.sourceforge.net. I will now test it and then publish it.
