I would be quite happy to use the JISC list instead of the developers list
because of the terrible turnaround times on this sourceforge list.  There
are currently 50 subscribers to the AIM JISC list, so I'd feel a little bad
bombarding all 50 of them with our technical developers' messages.  But then
again, maybe some of them would assist with various technical problems that
come up... they have in the past.  Either way, count me in for a change of
developers' list to something faster.
