As I understand it there are versions of IE (and probably also Mozilla) that work fine under OS X, and that will surely continue to be the case for a while, even without active support from Microsoft. The javascript problems in Safari are clearly bugs rather than disputable incompatibilities, and they embarrassing in number and importance, so they will surely be fixed in the next release. Neil |
