[Aimmath-developers] "add or edit questions" link added to admin/quiz.mpl

I just committed a change to admin/quiz.mpl that adds a link "Add or edit
questions" link to the admin quiz page to make it more intuitive. People
never guessed that "Browse source" was the link to click when they wanted to
add a question.
