[Aimmath-developers] fix of av> sets answerprompt problem

I have just committed a changed Compile.mpl which fixes a bug which used to
hit whenever the new av> tag was used in a subquestion of matrix type. For
some reason av> also set an answerprompt. But (again for some unknown
reason) matrix questions do not allow answerprompts and give an error
message. I have now changed it so that av> does not generate an
answerprompt.
