Summary: Multi-part questions

Initial Comment:
Multi-part question type should be developed, and the 
following two possible approaches are apparent.

(1) Single AIM question with multi-part entry, formatted 
across the page.  The answer returned as a matrix 
internally. This would be relatively simple, perhaps new 
mark-up tags needed only.  An expanded answer 
prompt which contains {\tt t>, p>, ap>},
returning an $n\times 1$ matrix,  might work.

(2) Mechanisms to access answers to previous 
questions.  This appears more difficult within the current 
object oriented code.
