[Aimmath-developers] gif files are ascii

When you update to the latest version of branch develop_2_1 you will notice
that the .gif files that Greg committed will be handled as ascii files. I
have now updated the cvswrappers file so that SourceForge knows that .gif,
.exe, and .zip files are binary. Again there may be a delay before this
change takes effect. Sorry for not having thought of this when setting up
the CVS repository.
