#1 Show hidden quizzes and questions by default
On the admin Subject page there is a link to toggle
between showing the hidden quizzes and not showing
them. The default is not to show them. I find this
inconvenient and would prefer the default to be to show
the hidden quizzes. After all there is no real reason to
hide the quizzes from yourself, you really only want to
hide them from the students.
